CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Projects

Indomining is committed to being a good corporate citizen and carrying our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in a number of ways, primarily through Community Development programs. These Community Development programs focus on benefiting local communities around our mine site through various initiatives such as local recruitment for improved employment and knowledge transfer, helping to nurture home industries, providing free healthcare programs, improving local standards of education and as helping to build and provide various public facilities and infrastructures. Such programs are carried out in consultation with local communities to ensure that their priorities and wishes are respected and taken into consideration, for real impact on their lives and long term empowerment, while also nurturing good relations between Indomining and our surrounding communities.
